How do I rent from Boujee Glam?
Renting an arch is simple! Just click in "book now" and fill out the
form with your wedding date and the pieces that you’re
interested in.
We’ll respond within 48 hours to confirm the availability of your
date.
If your date is available and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll
send you a customized invoice. Once the invoice is paid, your
reservation will be confirmed!
Do you only work with faux florals?
If you fall in love with a specific arch from our collection and want
to add an extra color, we offer this customization option for a fee.
Please note, this service depends on our ability to source your
desired flowers before your event date.
Unfortunately, we cannot remove any existing flowers from the
arch. For personalized requests or to create a completely new
custom arch, please email us, and we’ll respond to your inquiry
promptly.
Can I see the arch in person first?
At present, we are unable to offer in-person consultations due to
the logistical constraints of transporting and setting up our large
arches.
However, we have an extensive collection of high-quality photos
and videos for each arch, providing you with a comprehensive
preview before you make a rental decision. You can also check out
our Instagram page @boujee_glam_events for additional visuals.
What does "1 setup/location only" mean?
The price you pay covers the setup of the item at a single location.
Please note that we no longer offer the service of moving rentals from
the ceremony to the reception. Only select rentals require our team to
move; otherwise, any other arrangements can be relocated by an
insured wedding planner or coordinator.
Additionally, once delivered and set up, rentals cannot be moved to a
different address.
What are the pickup fees after 10pm?
Typically, by 10 PM, we arrive to collect rentals as tables are cleared
and dancing begins. If you prefer a later pickup to ensure fewer
disruptions, we offer:
- 11 PM: Additional $50
- 12 AM (next day): Additional $100
Next-day pickups after 12 AM are available case-by-case, depending on
the venue’s location from 95136 (San Jose) and other scheduled
teardowns.
Do I get a contract?
Yes, you do! By accepting your proposal, you will gain access to
your contract, which will be legally binding. If you have any
questions or concerns, please feel free to email us!
How much is the 1st Payment?
To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit of your total order.
